Une robe Ruby foncé et mousse légèrement rosée. En bouche c’est vraiment un gros dessert légèrement houblonnée, la pavlova est présente du début à la fin, pas trop sucré, pas trop acide, Vault City valeur sur pour les Sour 🍺

Excellent sour beer. Nice sharp natural pineapple flavour with a hint of tart summer berry. Interesting meringue aftertaste. Very refreshing

Une pépite ! Au nez c'est vraiment une pavlova et en bouche un délice! Onctueuse, un vrai dessert en bouche. Le goût de la merringue, du fruit et de la crème, tout est en bouche. Un régale.
