Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine (10% ABV) is robust and malty with notes of caramel, dark fruit, and toffee. These notes are accentuated by charred oak and brown sugar character from freshly dumped Bulleit casks. 1st use barrels impart an extra bourbon-ey character which helps to round out this British-style ale.
