Evil Laugh is a West Coast IPA that has a perfect balance of citrus, piney, and biscuit flavours that showcase our mutual love of Columbus hops. Best enjoyed with a laugh. Muah ha haha Built on a base of quality Maris Otter malt then layered with classic California IPA hops Simcoe and Columbus. Columbus gives a big citrus hit with an earthy undertone to give the beer a classic feel. Finally, just to add some tropical high notes, we added a bit of modern Ekuanot hops that deliver a little bit of tropical fruit basket to round things out. Big full-on summer West Coast IPA vibes all August long.
