Hapanta on(tuoksu), sitä ei Oloroso pysty peittämään. Kevyen hapanta ja hapotonta. Mieleen tulee lähinnä vedellä blandattu omenamehu. Olutta tästä ei saa itkemälläkään. Juotua tuli kuitenkin.
