Fractal Mosaic / Galaxy investigates the interplay between some of our favorite hops, a first for the series. Fractal Mosaic / Galaxy pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing complex aromas of citrus, mango, berry, earthy grass, and nice melon notes. The taste is resinous, dank pineapple orange juice with a hint of pine. The finish is juiced and has a light rounded bitterness.
