A trio of hazys from three hop growing regions with very distinct characteristics. All three IPAs recieved the same malt bill with 40% wheat and oats giving a protein rich, soft yet dense mouthfeel. The New Zealand hopped IPA is a banger. Last years Tapawera featured Nelson and Motueka so we wanted to showcase some of the other varieties. And we got our hands on one of the most desirable (and most expensive) hops out there; Riwaka. It is a perfect IPA hop lending tonnes of passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus. Layered in with Riwaka are Rakau, Taiheke (formerly NZ Cascade) and Motueka giving this IPA shed loads of pine, lemon and lime and fresh cut grass.

Delicious, fruity IPA with NZ hops that added a perfect bitter aftertaste. Really happy with this one and definitely recommend to anyone wanting an exciting hazy IPA experience!
