Tree Housen Doomfire. Citra ja Galaxy + uusi HBC 1019, jonka profiilin mukaan pitäisi olla hunajamelonia, persikkaa, trooppisia hedelmiä, karamellia, kookosta ja appelsiinia. Kookos ainakin tulee esille, ei liikaa (verrattuna Sabro/Talus), mutta muuten humala on piristävän erilainen. Voimakas ja sanoisin jopa dominoiva aromihumala?

I’ve wanted to try beers from Tree House brewing for so long and this is the first one. 8,8%ABV DIPA 🤷‍♂️ Aroma: A bit boozy? Or is it woody? Coconut? Sweet fruits. Something burnt. Taste: Much better! Pineapple, mango, toasted coconut, papaya, orange. A lot of flavor, but still easy drinking considering the high ABV. It’s a really good beer, but it’s got some annoying aromas and flavors I’m not a fan of.
