Clean base of Pilsner malt and Wheat, whirlpooled with Oregon Cascade. Fermented on London Ale III this time for some complimentary peachy esters and then laden with loads and loads of organic Apricot purée during the end of ferment. It smells like apricots, tastes like apricot, it must be an apricot beer.
