This cocktail sour, inspired by our favourite Tequila cocktail, the paloma, features a hefty dose of citrus, with heaps of pink grapefruit and lime in the mix. We have used both the peel and the juice, for maximum zestiness and a refreshing tang that lingers on the tongue.
