Really nice lemon flavour with a sweet sugary finish

Very simple, raspberry sour

The sour of the sugar plum is very overpowering but there is a nice hint of sweet custard

Kept it simple with a solid fruit mix and a subtle creamy pastry aftertaste. Goes down easy and would be a good session sour apart from the 7.5% factor.

Bang on flavours, sour strawberry perfectly balanced with vanilla ice cream
