Finlands Coolhead Brew have been making some of the best Sours in Europe over the last few years so when we started talking about a collab we knew we wanted to try something inspired by their Nordic flavours. We've gone a with a mix of blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants and just a hint of liquorice to provide a real flavour of the North. The liquorice is subtle enough to not be invasive and it acts as a sweetener in an acidic beer with sour fruits. Pouring a deep and thick violet colour this is inviting to look at but even more delicious to drink.

Inte det jag var sugen på men nu blev det så.
Bra ändå inte för sur och inte för drick-ig.

Vierashanassa mustaherukkainen berliner weisse. Aika terävät hapot berlineriksi. Ihan juotavaa silti

Kuivahko, hiukan hapan ja kirpeä. Herukkaa, karhunvatukkaa ja lakritsan suolaisuutta. Hyvä olut.
