Soup El Dorado
7.0% New England IPA / Hazy IPA
For this years celebration of all things Soup, our flagship IPA, we have once again reinvented that recipe, boosted it up a degree in alcohol and increased the dry hoppping rate by adding a third distinctive hop to give a fresh take on our classic. This version gets loads of El Dorado. Probably the most stone fruit forward hop out there, it is the perfect match for the Citra Mosaic attack that is Soup. If you can imagine an even juicier Soup that bursts with soft, overripe peach on top of grapefruit, mango and pineapple then this is it.

Fresh can. About 4,5 weeks. Aroma: Loads of nice tropical fruits. Stone fruit focused. Taste: Juicy, soft and lovely. Tropical and stone fruity with citrus, mango, peach and pineapple. Less dank/herbal/piney than the Enigma version. I can’t decide which one I like the most, this one or the Enigma. Equally good, but in slightly different ways.
