This is supposed to be a WC style. Definitely not in the traditional sense. This has a fruity taste that leans towards a spicy mango, mandarin orange, tangerine with a touch of melon that is a bit dank and tangy. Not very hoppy but has a light bitterness. No real malt characteristics. Started off tasting really nice but that faded as you got further in. Went from a 4 to start to a 3.5. (Still not bad). As far as a WC style, not even close. Maybe it’s considered a new school. I don’t know anymore the way they change how the “categories” work anymore.
