Going to the light side today. This has a fairly strong noble hops (with some other hops) taste but not overwhelmingly so. Has a little bit of a straw taste to it. Has a light sweet crackery malt. Finishes slightly dry. A nice pils that’s not quite a classic style but pretty good. Definitely on the hoppy side. I had to take a break from the IPA’s.
