Tonka White Forest Gateau
4.5% Sour / Wild Ale
We wanted a big beer with a sessionable ABV, made with the same delicately tart cherries and sweet vanilla as our 2022 release, but this time adding creamy white chocolate in place of dark. To top it off, a generous addition of Tonka beans creates an amazing aroma, amplifying notes of vanilla and cherry.

Jolie robe rouge cerise, léger col de mousse, carbo fine. En bouche on retrouve bien la cerise et le tonka en attaque, viennent ensuite la vanille et le chocolat blanc. C'est assez sucré quand même et avec une acidité moyenne. Un bon petit dessert 🍰

Twinned with Low Key this is one of those rare drinks that delivers exactly what it describes. Fantastic cherry & vanilla taste and aroma for a sweet sour experience. Just the right level of tang to make it a perfect session drink.
