Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries.
For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

Superbe réalisation, la longueur est folle comme souvent chez eux. À vieillir.

Nose: Lots of those quite rare berries and plants: Haskap and Honeysuckle. Interesting aroma.
Mouthfeel is medium carbonated, dry, tart, balanced, good body and smooth. Very drinkable.
I can taste berries, flowers, tartness, some oak and some green taste like plants.
Aftertaste is dry, smooth and there is lots of berries.
Not so acid as many other Cantillon beers. And also lacks that Cantillon barrel aroma. But very well balanced, tasty and lots of flavours.
Different but I like it.
