Cloudy, yellow beer with a quickly melting head. Soon the surface is flat still. The scent portrays identifiable rhubarb as well as some lemon. The fragrance is rather closed. The palate portrays bags of rhubarb, accompanied by recognizeable gooseberry and hefty lemon. The taste is, overall, very sour. The body is light to light-medium. The beer ends with medium-sour citrus and passionfruit. The mouthfeel is significantly dry, relatively tart, well gardeny and significantly summery.

Rhubarby as promised, could have another. Also vegan, for those interested.
