Nez, couleur et bouche pas de doute c'est la framboise qui est puissante, acide et longue. Très bon.

Cuvée Moeder Lambic (Framboise), Belgium
3.9
The second Lambic is a Framboise by Cantillon, made especially for this restaurant. I didn't know that I had never had this before. Now I will. Clear, deep crimson beer. Carbonation is moderate. An off-white lace ring wafts on the top for truly long. Raspberry dominates the olfactory supply. it's even a tad sweet-leaning despite the sourness. The taste doesn't support the sweetness aspect at all. Sourness is obvious. It's raspberry albeit very sour. Perhaps a pinch of cranberry and even lingonberry can also be identified. Wheat malt is certainly in the grain bill. The body is medium. Very nice. The finish is full of raspberry, truly sour and natural. Me likes. The name of the aftertaste was Françoise but we called her Framboise. The mouthfeel is medium, tart, puckering, acidic and intriguingly natural. Appealing. Rich in berries. Ok, it's there. Not a winner though.
