Cocotella
10.0% Flavoured Stout / Pastry Stout
No one does sweet treats like Mimi’s Bakehouse, and with their help we’ve packed this rich and decadent imperial stout with mountains of chocolate, hazelnut, and coconut flavours. The addition of vanilla and lactose creates a smooth and creamy mouth feel while East Kent Golding hops add a light bitterness for a luxurious and perfectly balanced finish.

I have yet to taste it but the nose to it is amazing. Even opening the can was like plethora of beautiful aromas. The eye. This is super dark chestnut colour with a quickly dissipating creamy head when poured. Opaque The Nose. This is honestly a treat just to smell. You'd think it were a Yankee candle. Huge aroma of chocolate, notes of coconut working in hand with a creamy nutty scent... At this point I am yet to try to even drink it. This is my favourite part. The Taste... WOW! Completely understand why this was #1 in pastry stouts. Beautiful thick mouthfeel I would say, if you don't like coconut it's probably not for you as the sweet coconut is pretty prominent. This is like a thick beautiful creamy bounty with a finishing touch of hazelnut. Honestly this is probably one of the best stouts I have had. Lovely base of chocolate which all the way throughout just sits on the palate. Absolutely incredible.
