Refreshing fragrances of mango and grapefruit, with hints of pine. Caressing the palate. The dominant bitterness is backed by the malt body's strong notes of caramel and bread crust. Hop aromas balance out the bitterness on the palate. Besides the exotic fruity notes, resinous tones gain more prominence. The mouthfeel is juicy and cooling. Long bitter-grapefruity finale. Hoppy-aromatic, fruity-bitter, intense.

Auch dies IPA fließt goldorange und minimal trüb ins Glas. Ebenso ist die Blume -wie beim vorangegangenen Binkert- sahnig-feinporig und klebt beständig am Glasrand.
Hier kommen dann aber drei andere Hopfen zum Einsatz. Folglich wird die Nase dadurch eher deutlich citral bedient.
Das Mundgefühl ist noch weicher, fast samtig. Dann wird es hier, analog zum Geruchseindruck, sehr citral, ergänzt mit Mango und nur minimal harzig. Trotz angegebener 60 IBU (und damit 15 mehr wie beim Binkert) lässt hier die Bittere nicht ihre Muskeln spielen.
Hier schlägt Frucht die Bittere.

Man schmeckt die 6,5%.gutes Bier aber das Pale Ale war besser.
One can taste the 6.5% but good beer.
