Definitely has a bourbon nose to it with sweet chocolate coming through too. Slightly dry. Dark chocolate flavour, lovely bourbon notes coming in as well. This has a lovely earthy taste to it. This is definitely more on the bitter side, I am use to sweeter stouts but this is definitely a solid beer. Mouthfeel could definitely do with being thicker (unless it has the consistency of custard I don't think I'll ever be happy) 😂
