Our golden sour ale was fermented on a tonne of Scottish tayberries creating a bold berry character that’s juicy and refreshing down to the very last sip. A cross between raspberries and blackberries, this unique fruit creates strong aromas and a fruit forward character on the palate.

L'impression de manger de la mûre vraiment une belle restitution du fruit, c'est fort. La framboise en longueur sur l'acidité. L'ensemble est un peu crémeux. Toujours au top les écossais.

Lovely sweet Berry taste with just the right amount of sour aftertaste to make it interesting
