Cranberry Double Currant Vanilla takes our mixed fermentation golden sour and pairs it with a refreshing fusion of redcurrants, blackcurrants, and tart cranberry, rounded off with a smooth, lingering taste of sweet vanilla.

Des groseilles, cassis, cranberry façon tarte avec une acidité ni trop faible/forte elle est parfaite. La vanille adouci un peu, encore une superbe réalisation des pâtissiers écossais mais où sont passés les degrés ?

Excellent very tart sour. Strong cranberry flavour with a subtle vanilla aftertaste
