Okay, it's time. Time for a Friday beer to launch the weekend. Pours hazy, pineapple-yellow. Perky carbonation settles down quickly, having just unleashed a cloud-white froth that exceeds one finger. The foamy lid melts hastily to a gossamer crown on the top. Pineapple is astonishingly natural in the scent. Wow!! Fresh lemon pulp and a bit of grapefruit juice can also be spotted in the air. The taste profile is juicy, almost nectar-like and somewhat tropical. I'm picking citrusy flavors like lemon and grapefruit, in this order. Furthermore, carambola, a whisper of green grape and faint white guava find their way to my consciousness. Unfortunately, I fail to receive any pineapple although the olfactory supply promises it. A pinch of wheat malt can be added to the list. The body is thin. It's a pity, this brew is otherwise so successful that I anticipated a miracle also in this respect. I wonder if such a miracle is even possible since the body always seems to be correlated with the amount of malt in the mash. And the more there is malt, the more there are also fermentable sugars and alcohol. The finish is citrusy, especially lemony but also moderately grapefruity. I really love to Chug Jug with the aftertaste, we can be pro Pint Please gamers. The mouthfeel is thin, juicy, natural, refreshing, surprisingly clean and balanced. A bit tropical and absolutely crushable. Outstanding for a 0.5 % beer but I still wouldn't call this a masterpiece. 💛💛💛

This Chug is even better than the original one. Juicy, smooth, tasty, dry, tropical, hoppy and easy drinking. World class non-alcohol beer.
