I’m a little disappointed in this one. It has a very muted fruit taste that I get some berry (I think) but nothing is really distinctive. It does have an medium hoppy bite. Finishes dry. A little watery. Overall with Strata & Simcoe cryo hops I was expecting a burst of fruit flavor. It just didn’t produce. Even when it warmed. Not horrible tasting but, well, you just read my review.
