Having number six on Aldi's Advent calendar a day early because son-in-law having surgery. Here they go again with that super high frothy head. Lots of carbonation. Light Haze, orange in the middle and yellow on the edges. Citrus aroma with a distinct floral background. Modest flavor that starts citrusy and then develops flowery shades of honeysuckle. Gentle hops take over the finish with a softness and yet dry in the middle of the tongue. This easygoing flavor is very drinkable and in the summertime would be a good outdoor brew. A unique combination of flavors was both unexpected and appreciated.
