Tap Crak is the line dedicated to beers we brew in very small quantities available exclusively on tap for Local/Pubs. Gose with a significant amount of fresh blueberry puree in fermentation; the addition of salt accentuates the flavor of the blueberries and gives the palate a vaguely salty, fruity and delicate hint with a refreshing pleasantly tart finish.
