Absolutely beautiful stout. Having quite a few high ranking beers lately and loving it. Straight away to the nose is almost a marzipan like scent. On the taste is a smokey caramel, with the pecan flavour fluctuating in intensity. It's such an unusual beer in that my mouth can't work out if it's primarily a smokey or Sweet stout. Ultimately, whiskey and beer... My two favourite drinks. What's not to like! I'm going to give this a 4.9.... I want to say it's a 5 but I'm literally only disappointed with the mouthfeel and consistency on this one. It seems too thin, that being said the flavours do carry well and last long but if this where to be slightly thicker I think it would be better
