Bière au sel...

The pour was a little troublesome bit I should have expected it. Tonnes of fizz and foam so I had to stop before rh glass overflowed. The body is classic gose style, light yellow with a slight golden hue. The huge foamy head quickly settled into nothing. Scent is typical sour notes, tonnes of citrus, mostly lemon and some weet lime to round it. Mouthfeels is sharp and crisp with lots of lively carbonation on the tongue. Taste is nicely tart, with tonnes of lemon, a little lime and a little something else, maybe apricot. A nice but average sour.
