Switching things up and trying this before my taste buds get buzzed… only had walnut in a beer once before and it’s as decent so want to get this tried. Coffee dominates but the walnut is there and it adds a nice sweet, earthy and of course nutty dimension to the beer. It’s mellow and smooth with some dark fruit bitterness at the end, I assume from the coffee.
