Disappointed that we didn’t get a result this evening but content they we didn’t concede against a very direct USA team. 👍 ⚽️ Had a growler full of this beauty to wash down whilst watching the match and it was a delight. Brewed by the owner of my local bottleshop in collaboration with his mates brewery, Phantom. I’m getting lots of pineapple and a hint of Stonefruits. Slight resinous piney end but not overly so. Middle of the road in terms of mouthfeel, very sessionable for a 5,5% beer.

Cheeky quick half before picking the kids up. Dry and bitter, really nice assertive bitterness. Mellow fruitiness leaning towards Stonefruits. Mango and papaya dominating.

Switching things up and trying this before my taste buds get buzzed… only had walnut in a beer once before and it’s as decent so want to get this tried. Coffee dominates but the walnut is there and it adds a nice sweet, earthy and of course nutty dimension to the beer. It’s mellow and smooth with some dark fruit bitterness at the end, I assume from the coffee.

Pretty good for a young brewery

Absolutely delish, a taste of a sour sea to be sure. Oh and blue raspberry, pineapple and coconut!

Good solid sour with that smoothie look and texture. Berry flavours are refreshing but lacks a little sour tang.
