As soon as I started pouring this, my nostril perked up with the gush of tropical notes. A very light yellow body, with almost no visible catbonation. The two fingers of foam settled quickly and maybe it's the lighting here but it looks like juice. No quarrel, the tropical profile certainly smells juicy, lots of mango, mandarin and honey melon. There is another tropical note I can't quite identify, (the label states it's papaya, I doubt I would have identified this without the label). The beer is medium bodied, leaning into light. The carboantion is present, it's not intense by any measure but it does have a little bite. Some foaminess rolls in and strikes a nice balance between the two. The taste is juicy mandarin and smooth mango in spades. The melon creeps in and maintains a light but consistent presence as some stonefruit, apricot specifically starts to emerge at the same time as the pine resin. A faint sweet biscuit malt can be found lurking around the pine and really rounds the whole thing very well.

War ein schönes Abschlussbier am letzten Tag. Leicht fruchtig. Mit einem leicht säuerlichen "Pale Ale-Abgang"ohne unangenehm zu sein
