Dark Fruits Cookie Dough Dreamcake is the latest addition to our dreamcake series, inspired by the coconut-laden, Danish dessert. We’ve infused this vegan friendly dessert sour with mountains of juicy blackcurrants and blackberries which meld perfectly with the tartness of our house mixed culture. Sweetness from vegan cookie dough and coconut round out the aroma and flavour for a beautifully balanced modern sour beer.

As the name suggests there is a lot going on with this drink. Add in the coconut aroma and aftertaste then it’s too much to be enjoyable for me.

Une belle pâtisserie concocté par les maîtres pâtissiers écossais, la mûre est présente et lui donne son acidité modéré, le coco est là pour modéré l'ensemble. Le côté biscuit on le retrouve en longueur. Teneur, longueur, carbo et acidité, vraiment une belle réalisation encore une fois.
