STYLE : Sour DDM : 20/07/2027 GOÛT : Amer : 🟡⚫⚫⚫⚫ Sucré : 🟡🟡🟡🟡⚫ Salé : ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Acide : 🟡⚫⚫⚫⚫ Umami : ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ VISUELLE Une mousse blanche aux bulles irrégulières et à la persistance très courte. Une robe blonde rose, opaque. Avec beaucoup de résidus. OLFACTIVES Un nez sur la fraise et l'acidité GUSTATIVE L'attaque est sur la douceur du lactose, et la fraise. L'effervescence est faible pour un corps rond et dense. La finale très légèrement acide mais surtout sucrée, moyenne. NOTE DE STYLE : 🤐 COMMENTAIRE Sympa on a bien le côté sunday, mais je n'en ferai pas une all day.
