Une salade estivale dans une bière blanche ? Sûrement 🥗. Le basilic se révèle déjà au service aux côtés du malt de blé, et en goût, c'est doux, le basilic se présente avec la tomate, sur un fond très légèrement acidulé. Ca en fait une bonne wheat ale.🍺

Une très bonne blanche bien aromatique, on a l'impression de boire un pesto à la levure.
