Une belle couleur noire. Un mélange bien spéciale que d’avoir une Berliner weisse noire! Un bon goût de prune mûre.

C'est légèrement acide, vineux, léger et fumé Le vin rouge se ressent en bouche mais, à part l'acidité, on ne ressent pas grand chose de la berliner weisse C'est super intéressant, à tester au moins une fois

Acide ( on s en doutait) très courte en bouche. Pas mal pour s habituer à ce genre de bière.
