Lovely beer which just tastes really full of alcohol! Deep flavour and deep alcohol taste a great decent belter of a pint. Not sessionable!

Phase The Haze, England
3.9
Phase the Haze pours a hazy golden colour with a fluffy white head that lingers for a decent amount of time. The beer appears inviting and typical of the New England IPA style. The aroma is bursting with tropical fruit notes, particularly juicy pineapple, mango, and a hint of citrus. There are also subtle hints of pine and a touch of floral hop presence. The aroma is quite pleasant and enticing. Upon the first sip, Phase the Haze delivers a juicy explosion of tropical fruit flavours. The prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and citrus create a delightful fruit salad-like experience on the palate. The malt backbone is present but takes a back seat to the dominant hop character. The beer is moderately bitter, balancing out the sweetness from the fruits. This beer has a medium body with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel that enhances the overall drinking experience. The carbonation level is moderate, providing a refreshing quality to the beer. The finish is moderately dry with a lingering hop bitterness that invites you to take another sip. The fruity flavours gradually fade, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that keeps you coming back for more. Magic Rock Brewing's Phase the Haze is a well-crafted New England IPA that showcases a delicious array of tropical fruit flavours. The beer is highly aromatic, flavourful, and has a satisfying mouthfeel that makes it a joy to drink. While it doesn't necessarily break new ground in the style, it excels in delivering a classic and enjoyable NEIPA experience. This beer would be a great choice for fans of fruity and juicy IPAs. Prost!

Refreshing and easy to drink hazy IPA. Fruity and a decent hop profile
