Nice crisp flavours Refreshing

Sunday Tasting - sessions; The sour tasting 😝 This is light, bitter, tart, not much character, dry and sour. You and also taste the hops, so more sour ipa than sour. I can taste lemon zest, lemonade, bitterness, mango, grapefruit and Citra. This leaves my mouth too bitter.

Pale amber sun coloured with visible carbonation and it actually retains some of the initial head. Sweet, light and fresh on the nose with bright lemon and some juicy mango coming through underneath. This isn't a proper sour, it's a drinkable from the first sip and gulpable thereafter. It's described as a mango and lemonade sour IPA. It is sharp from the lemon but the mango is subtle as you'd expect. It's not sweet on the tongue like it is in aroma and it's not as fizzy in the mouth as you would hope. It's ok but also a bit odd, it's like a washed out IPA with added lemon. I've had a lemon ipa by Deya before and it was nicer than this attempt by Neon Raptor, who are capable of producing an actual sour. This beer isn't bad, in fact it's fairly refreshing and I'm a fan of citrus but as a fan of sours this brew is lacking, but as a lemon IPA it's alright.

Kuukausi sitten tölkitettyä. Nätti appelsiinimehumainen väri, olematon vaahto. Freesiä hedelmämehua, hapanta sitrushedelmien kuorta. Oikein hyvä kokonaisuus.
