Grapefruit pulp colour. Almost no foam even if I forced it (I got a white millimetre that immediately disappeared). In the nose goyave aroma is very strong while the raspberry is very subtle. Taste is obviously sour, not sweet. There is juicy and acid raspberry flavour mixed with a citrusy part that reminds grapefruit...here I don't know if it is the colour playing with my mind. Goyave makes the body round. Taste is refreshing and quite persistent. Correct carbonation. Texture is smooth and tickling.
