Wife's choice. Not local though. Whatever. Dark crimson. Impenetrable. A subdued white lacing. Strong raspberry mash in the fragrance, accompanied by vanilla, lactose and biscuit. Raspberry still features distinctly in the gustatory profile but it's more sour, not like sweet-learning mash anymore. Wheat malt in the basement. Otherwise, nothing. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, slightly tart, drying and summery.
