This is definitely sour, can't get more sour than what you see. And then there's the beer. Totally opaque cranberry color. Poured with a slushy thickness. Sweet tart fruit aroma. Mouthfeel has pulp texture. Flavor is fantastic. Not sour! Strawberry followed by an acidic lemon. Both raspberry and cranberry apparent towards the end. Never really got the cobbler part but what a wonderful beer. By far the best "sour?" I have ever tried.
