Krasowski bonded over their love for a classic cola while creating the Classic Cola Stout. Combining the refreshing nature of classic cola and picking up the flavor profile from a whisky cola, we added lime and orange juice and zest, plus coriander, cassia bark, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla to bring out the complex characters of the classic drink. This is the ultimate twist on a whiskey cola and a must-try for Bourbon County Stout, cola, or whiskey/cola lovers.

At my son-in-law's house in Houston having a special Bourbon County Series beer.
Comes from the bottle thick. Almost no head. Intense Bourbon Barrel and deep malt aroma. A small sip confirms a heavy weight and syrupy feel. Bourbon Barrel and chocolate hits hard. Flavor coats the entire mouth. A cherry cola brings more flavor as a warm burn flows down to the stomach. Following sips reveal traces of citrus that quickly disappear. This chocolate and Bourbon taste clings which enable you to savor it longer than normal.
This is a wonderful beer but not as complex as some of the other Bourbon County Series beers. Probably deserves a 5.0 but I am going to hold back a little.
