Ça grimpe hoppy

Belle création houblonnée, collaboration Hoppy People et Napabier. DDH IPA en Idaho 7, El Dorado, Citra et Simcoe.

NEIPA riche et très amère. Laiteuse et assez ronde. Sympa!

Beer 2/4. Cloudy, pineapple yellow beer with a bright white, dense head that exceeds one finger. Lengthy retention keeps the beauty alive on the surface. Very nice! The scent is attractive: mango, orange, tangerine and a little bit of peach. 💛 The tastebuds enjoy tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, mango and pineapple. All the flavors are juicy, and the entire cocktail is well crafted and balanced. A dry-hoppy twist is observable but leaves no hop burn. The body clocks nicely medium. The finish contracts its hoppy segment a bit and continues long with tropical nectars. Surprising. Normally it's the other way around. The mouthfeel is medium-mellow, juicy, tropical, soft and smooth. Very clean, a tad crisp, lip-glueing and crushable. This is tasty! 💛💛
