We’ve been dreaming of this one since we last took inspiration from our friends in Denmark. Their drømmekage was like a revelation to us, and this time we’ve combined a new medley of our favourite fruits in honour of this traditional treat. Flavours of freshly picked strawberries meet honey berries and mango to create a thick, smoothie style sour which is then decadently layered with hand toasted coconut flakes. Please gently roll the bottle before serving.
