Mad Hatter’s whimsy is celebrated with floral aromatics from assertive dry-hopping, and a bright, hoppy body, punctuated with Centennial, Citra and Michigan-grown Cascade hops. Citrus and pleasant bitterness excite your palate before welcoming a balancing finish.

Has a nice fairly strong floral hops bitterness. Pine, grapefruit, apricot but truly a subtle citrusy/fruity taste. Has a slight malt background. Thru a couple in the back of the truck for you Este. Although 1/2 the snow melted already. That is a spring snow

The description on the bottle says "floral hop aroma." They were not lying. Tasted like I was eating a bouquet and washing it down with an IPA.
