At my sister's house outside San Antonio Texas. Having a Shiner Cerveza that I've never had before. Saved it for a Mexican dinner of course.
Very light and thin white head, gone instantly. Mild light aroma. Yellow in color but not much. Soft and smooth texture, very easy to drink. Not much effervescence. Gentle cereal and lightly sweet malt flavor. Has faint notes of lime far in the background.
Very good beer with a meal. Did not invade my dinner and had the Mexican quality that combined with food in an excellent manner. Perhaps not a standalone beer but was excellent with my Mexican feast.
