To conclude my dessert beer night - I thought this was the same as the candied pecan porter but it’s not. I do think it is very similar. The flavor is just like listed on the bottle with the dominance following the same listing. Roasted pecan, vanilla, caramel and brown sugar. Surprise, it’s sweet. Is it quite pie like, not quite. It does taste good though. The taste is a little sticky in the mouth too. Interesting and worthy of a try. No date on the bottle.

Happy Friday although it wasn’t very pleasant watching my Eagles lose again. So I’m going to the dark/dessert side tonight. This has a chocolate, peppermint and generally sweet taste. It has an artificial taste to it that is mainly in the peppermint but a little in the chocolate too. Doesn’t really have a cookie taste - I was expecting a Girl Scout thin mint cookie taste but there is no cookie to it at all. Overall a nice novelty but not worth seeking. No date on the bottle.

Mit unserem dunklen Bock hat das absolut nichts zu tun. Leicht süßlich und ohne Bums, aber mit einer schönen Farbe. Kann man machen, könnte aber sprudeliger sein

Going wheat tonight starting with a wit bier. At first I got some apricot and orange but the apricot disappeared very quickly. The orange became a lot stronger and zesty with the coriander also showing up fairly strongly. The problem with this is it has a little bit of an artificial taste to it. It tastes very similar to a Blue Moon. Getting ready to the Eagles game. Go Birds!!! 🦅🦅🦅
