Sharing on Duo with my son-in-law this Texas German style pils from Brazos Valley.
High and very frothy head. Pale yellow color that's crystal clear. Aroma is a sweet lemon. Light crisp texture. Taste reveals sweet corn, with soft notes of lemon. Finish adds a small amount of bitterness and turns medium dry.
This is not a complicated beer. I believe they accomplished exactly what they were trying to brew, a German-style pilsner. Very refreshing and extremely drinkable.
