Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N° 6 has the typical long, dry aftertaste, yet very full-bodied taste that we are used to from Boon Black Label. With its very fresh citrus note and pleasant sparkle, the Boon Black Label N 6 is a very elegant, tender Oude Geuze. In the complex whole, light, wine-like oak notes are noticeable on top of the soft-sour undertones that bring the flavors together in a balanced way. This Black Label was bottled on August 26, 2020. The blend is a mixture of one, two and three year old lambic in oak matured in oak casks. This excellent aperitif beer goes perfectly with fish, oysters or mussels.
