
This Rye IPA has a sweet centre of caramel malts that will complement the natural caramelisation of any grilled, marinated meats. The aroma is bursting with tropical and stone fruit flavours from a dry hop of Motueka and Ekuanot. Pairs well with all meats and the hop notes and slightly drying finish will particularly accentuate spice.

This is full of flavour, complex but not complicated, and totally refreshing with a perfectly balanced fruitiness and dryness. I had it with fajitas and it paired beautifully. A great beer that is full of character from a smashing little brewery that is too!
